Unless you've been under a rock, today's the day you can pick up Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The final mission of Solid Snake makes its way to the PlayStation 3 and looks to be a killer game. I'm waiting to pick a copy up actually since I won't have time to play it this weekend. If you want the limited edition, you'll have to go to Gamestop to get it. If you don't have a PS3 yet, you can always pick up the bundle which includes a 40GB PS3, Gun Metal Gray Dualshock 3 controller, and the game. It'll be a little sad to see Snake's last adventure but it's been a great run starting on the PSOne.

The fourth installment of one of the most popular videogame franchises of all-time, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, a PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system exclusive, features a cinematic experience and visual masterpiece that redefines videogames.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is rated "M" for Mature by the ESRB. The Standard Edition of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will be priced at $59.99 SRP while the Limited Edition will be priced at $84.99 SRP and is only available at Gamestop retailers. Konami will be offering a Limited Edition PLAYSTATION®3 system bundle, which includes a Gun Metal Gray 40GB PLAYSTATION®3 system with a Gun Metal Gray DUALSHOCK®3 wireless controller and limited edition game, with a SRP of $599.99 and only offered at www.konami.com. Sony Computer Entertainment America will also be offering a hardware bundle, which includes an 80GB PLAYSTATION®3 system with a DUALSHOCK®3 wireless controller and a standard edition version of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, with a SRP of $499.99.
