It looks like this is the week of 80's icons announcing exclusive DLC as Activision announced today that Def Leppard will be releasing their new single "Nine Lives" on Guitar Hero III a week before the album ships to stores. The song will be available by itself or in a pack with "Photograph" and "Rock of Ages" and will be released on April 24th. I guess the big question is which 80's icon will be next, Ozzy Osbourne, Ratt, or maybe even Winger.
