More COD4 goodies on the way

More On: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
The most recent Charlie Oscar Delta newsletter had a blurb promising new content is coming for Call of Duty 4 as promised by Activision and Infinity Ward.  Apparently, it may be console specific, as it did not mention the PC, only the Xbox 360 and PS3.  The tease promises new combat zones "across a variety of multiplayer locales."  Check out the blurb after the jump:

Activision and Infinity Ward confirm that new downloadable multiplayer maps are on the way this spring. In development for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the upcoming downloadable content will thrust gamers into new combat zones across a variety of intense multiplayer locales.
