The folks over at Game|Life have gotten the
scoop on the upcoming 1.4 patch for
Tabula Rasa and it looks like players will finally get the chance to play as one of the alien races in the game. It's not a 100% alien character but you will the chance to get alien attributes by completing new quests in the game. Upon completing these quests you'll gain access to alien DNA which you can then mix with your own to gain the attributes of that race (Forean, Thrax, or Brann). Along with the new races are a host of tweaks to the attribute system and a host of other game play tweaks.
