Recently, a member of
Team vBi (Skyllus vBi) had his Live account jacked by someone to get the famous "Recon Armor" that can only be acquired directly from Bungie. Skyllus was gifted the armor from Bungie for his
popular online bank shot Suicide in Halo 3. To this point, Skyllus has had no help from Microsoft support, who were actually responsible for it getting stolen in the first place. Apparently the thieves used social engineering to get the info needed out of Xbox Live support to jack the account three times now. Kendall "Arctic vBi" Smith contacted me about this issue (We
profiled Arctic vBi here on GamingNexus back in June) to help spread the word and put pressue on Microsoft to assist with getting the account fixed, and help prevent the problem in the future.
