Sandbox action police game The Precinct locks up a May 13th release for PC and consoles

More On: The Precinct

Finally! At long last, we have a release date for the neon-noir sandbox action police game, The Precinct, and it’s not much longer now. The isometric cop title will launch on May 13th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with both physical and digital version available.

For those unfamiliar (where have you been?), in The Precinct you play as rookie cop Nick Cordell Jr in the fictional American town of Averno City during the 1980s. The streets stay busy with all manner of procedurally generated crimes for you to deal with, including gang wars, parking infractions, bank heists, street racing, drug deals, and many more. As Nick, you will police the streets on foot, on the road, and even in the air, with a full day/night cycle and dynamic weather.

I’ve had The Precinct way up on my most anticipated games list for months now, so I’m thrilled that it finally has a new release date after multiple delays. I’ll be there no matter what.
