The Pimax Crystal Light that I reviewed was one of the better VR headsets for the PC I've come across. Great visuals and some really cool features, it's one of the few headsets I recommended for those who are heavy into sims and want something that will really immerse them into the game.
Pimax has a new One Year Anniversary Edition of the Crystal Light for sale and it comes with a few things that sets it apart from the original Crystal Light. On the front, the signature V is in a blue color rather than silver. New blue breathable PU leather pads line the back headrest and the facial interface.
There have been numerous improvements in the software since I reviewed it and it should be a pretty solid experience now. The hardware is pretty solid from my time with it and price wise, it delivers a lot for the money. You can pick one up for the same price as the regular Pimax Crystal Light at $887 and that comes with the controllers.
