I wasn't sure which bad joke I wanted to make, to be honest.

Synth Riders is pretty much my favorite VR game, and has been my exercise app of choice during these cold snowy months. When I need to get my blood pumping, there are few things better than popping into the game's great library and dance-playing my way through several songs at a time. I particularly enjoy the 80's Mixtape release - the INXS song is a personal favorite. The only way to describe the feeling I get while dancing around in my office by myself and yelling out the lyrics to New Sensation is "pure, unadulterated joy". 

I have a lot to celebrate, because the gang at Kluge Interactive is releasing the 80s Mixtape - Side B music pack today, and it includes some absolute bangers. Take a look at this track list:

 
Every single song on here is a classic, and I can't wait to jump into the game and play through them. With this release, Synth Riders now has over 150 available, with 77 coming free with the game. The DLCs are very reasonably priced, and are well worth picking up. Like any game of this sort, practice makes perfect, meaning that you can count on quite a bit of gameplay with each additional song you add. 
 

The 80s Mixtape - Side B is now available in Synth Riders on Meta Quest 2 & 3, Playstation VR2, and SteamVR. Individual songs are $1.99,  with the full pack retailing for $10.99. Apple Arcade subscribers get the whole enchilada for free on Apple Vision Pro.
