PlayStation studio Polyphony Digital is releasing a free-to-play Gran Turismo experience on December 6th called My First Gran Turismo. It will be available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, including full support for PlayStation VR2. This slimmed down Gran Turismo experience lets players of all ages get their first taste of the real driving simulator, teaching the basics of cornering, braking, and acceleration. From a content standpoint, it features three race events, three time trials, three music rally stages, a full suite of license tests, and 18 cars to drive.
Honestly, I’ve never really given Gran Turismo the time of day, other than testing it out on PS VR2 (which is incredible), so perhaps now is the time to give it a fair shake. Check out the My First Gran Turismo trailer below:
