As previously reported, Atari will be releasing more DLC for their excellent Atari 50 collection here soon. The 19 games in question will be revealed on September 26th by MetalJesusRocks, on YouTube at 10AM EST. They are calling this The Wider World of Atari, as the games come with interviews, vintage ads. I'm hoping for the "Under 50 bucks" rap, and the 7800 commercial "more games at about half the price". They're also going to give more insight on Evelyn Seto, who helped create the Atari logo.
On September 29th, Atari will be showing off more stuff at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo during a panel discussion. There's also a second DLC coming November 8th, but I'm not sure when the first one will be released. I believe it's October, but there's nothing in the current press release that says for or otherwise. Because I don't have footage yet, here's that rap from 1987. It's terrible.
