V Rising launched in May for PC and later debuted on PS5 in June. While we never reviewed it officially Henry did a nice job of previewing it a year before its release. Well, now is your chance to give it a preview of your own with the free weekend that is on now. Running through Monday, September 16th at 10am Pacific time anyone can experience the full game and 1.0.0 launch update over on Steam. If you want to keep going in the action RPG survival adventure then Steam is also hosting a 30% discount on the purchase of the game and 20% any of the DLCs. Unfortunately, there is no free weekend or discounts presently for the PS5 version. This deal is PC only.
So rise as a new vampire in a human's world, build you own vampire castle, explore the seven regions of the game's world or 57 unique bosses, and even face off against Dracula himself; but do it all before the Monday - or at least enough to decide whether V Rising is worth a purchase to dive deeper after the weekend is out.
