RoadCraft is the next simulator from the makers of MudRunner and SnowRunner

More On: RoadCraft

Perhaps my favorite announcement from Gamescom Opening Night Live was RoadCraft, the next simulation experience from Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive, the makers of popular off-road driving sims MudRunner and SnowRunner. Evolving the simulation technology and physics engine from both of those titles, RoadCraft will see players operating heavy equipment and machinery as their company restores industrial sites devastated by natural disasters. Choose the right equipment for the job, clear debris, rebuild infrastructure, and get the locals on the road to recovery.

At launch, RoadCraft will feature more than 40 vehicles, from bulldozers to cranes, as well as eight maps from various regions around the world. You’ll also be able to play the game either solo or in co-op for up to four players, which is awesome. The Gaming Nexus crew and I are already plotting a foray into the disaster recovery business – “Paving Nexus”, perhaps?

RoadCraft launches in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Check out the reveal trailer below:
