I totally missed International Cat Day, which was on the 8th. I have to apologize to all my friends who have feline companions, and hope that my belated salutations meet the threshold to keep our connections intact. Missing this was CAT-astrophic for me. Meow, for some good news.
Annapurna Interactive, and BlueTwelve Studio is bringing their cyberpunk cat exploration game Stray to the Nintendo Switch, and the release date is November 19th. I played through Stray on the Playstation, and it was pretty amazing to watch the cat be life like in some very fantasy sci-fi situations. You control a stray cat who falls into an underworld, where all humans have been replaced by robots. These robots, along with a drone named B-12, will help you get back to the surface world. Mysteries, and stories of the characters unfold as you go along, and puzzles and platforming keep you hooked. I thought the game was pretty cool. Then, it got taken down before I finished it.
To watch some playthrough, i posted some below. The game is already available for other things if you dont want to wait. And can we at least get some footage of how the game looks on Switch before we talk nonsense? Don't be the litter box for once.
