Breakneck roguelite FPS Deadlink launches this week for consoles

Crunching Koalas, the team behind games like Darkwood, Once Upon a Jester, and The Gap is preparing to release its cyberpunk roguelite FPS Deadlink onto PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It first came to PC last year, where it currently boasts a 91% positive user rating on Steam. On console, Deadlink will feature 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, as well as a new time trial game mode called Chronodeck that is said to be like The Gauntlet from Titanfall.

The breakneck FPS also includes four combat classes, over 20 weapons, and over 100 upgrades that can be equipped between runs. On PS5 specifically it will support the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, which is wonderful news.

Deadlink releases July 30th for PS5, with Xbox Series X|S following the next day on July 31st. You can check out the new launch trailer below:
