One of the most unique looking games yet to release this year now has a release date. That game is real-time strategy title Empire of the Ants, and its releasing November 7th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Inspired by the literary work of the same name by Bernard Werber, Empire of the Ants places you in the role of an ant trying to protect its colony in this narrative-driven strategy experience.
Developed by Tower Five on Unreal Engine 5, the game looks so real it will make your skin crawl, featuring an ecosystem in the Fontainebleau Forest, and appropriately scaled to the viewpoint of ant. Plan your next move, explore the forest, engage in battles with rival species, or forge alliances with the wildlife to be victorious and protect the colony.
