Tekken 8 has released Eddy Gordo, and he is out today for everyone now. You can get your kicks with him for $7.99USD. It might be better for you to just upgrade to the Ultimate pack to get the other three incoming characters. It's only $19.99, and that's a $12 dollar difference. That's your math for the day. With Eddy, comes a "Tekken Fight Pass", and like other passes of the sort, there is a Free tier, and a Premium Tier. As you play the game, in pretty much any mode, you will receive Fight Exp. Fight Exp will automatically unlock things for you. Now the things you unlock may not be the most desirable things, but you don't HAVE to buy the premium pass either. Round 1 goes untilJust enjoy the free stuff, and keep it moving.
I don't understand the discourse of these passes. If you don't want it, simply don't buy it, but I think calling someone a "corporate bootlicker" for wanting to spend their own money on fatalities or cosmetics is very weird to me. If the people who didn't buy the premium items outweighed the people who do, then I could understand the 20 minute Youtube videos about calling someone out. Yet another reason why I will never understand the anger behind people wanting to spend money on the things that they want. Get over it. /rant
