Developer One Man Left Studios and publisher Blowfish Studios have announced that tabletop turn-based strategy game Hex Gambit: Respawned is launching March 6th for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. A new release date trailer has also been shared, which you can see below.
You can play solo against the AI in a single-player campaign, or play with up to three friends in local cooperative and competitive play. In a way, it resembles Chess, and matches are said to take about 20 minutes start-to-finish. You’ll choose from 10 captains to champion your team across seven maps with 21 different layouts. One Man Left Studios boasts that Hex Gambit: Respawned can be enjoyed by players of all skill levels, with a range of AI difficulty levels to test out if you plan to play solo.
I am digging the look of this so far, and it sounds like the perfect PlayStation Portal game.
