Asgard's Wrath was a solid hit on the Meta Quest 2, but it required a PC to play when using the Meta VR headset. For the Meta Quest 3, there's a powerful enough chip inside that Asgard's Wrath 2 is able to play on the HMD in stand alone mode. That means no more PC necessary and if you buy a Meta Quest 3, it comes with the headset for free.
The Las Vegas Sphere is a marvel of engineering and there's been some really awesome effects displayed on it. I figured it wouldn't be long before some video games take advantage of its unique display to promote their games.
Asgard's Wrath 2, I think, is the first or one of the first ones to do so and you can see it below. I bet it looks pretty impressive when you're on the strip.
Coming December 15th, the developers promise a 60-hour campaign for this anticipated VR sequel. Those who bought the Meta Quest 3 will get a nice game to play during the holiday season when it's released in a month and change.
