Ultra Pro Wrestling is an indie wrestling game in development that looks to recapture the No Mercy style of gameplay a lot of fans have been wanting for decades. AEW Fight Forever tried to be that but didn't quite live up to the hype it was building for itself.
The developers of Ultra Pro Wrestling have revealed their 2023 showcase update for the game. We got to see some in development gameplay of the game and for those who have been waiting for that true AKI / No Mercy experience again, this may be it because this looks identical to a classic Nintendo 64 AKI wrestling game.
While the game will launch with original creations in terms of wrestlers, we got the announcement that real world wrestlers will be coming to the game via DLC as well. Here is the list of DLC wrestlers coming to the game post launch as part of the "free agent DLC"...
No release date yet but Ultra Pro Wrestling will release on Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
