I've been a fan of this franchise since I was a kid. So the news of a tactical action game set in the Aliens universe immediately piqued my interest. While screens and limited shots are a good start on capturing the look and feel of Aliens, and with the release date for Aliens: Dark Descent already set and reported on; the next step is to take a look at what the gameplay looks like. That little beauty is below.
This one is shaping up to be very interesting. It has the iconic look of the franchise, appears to move smoothly, and promises some neat tweaks with the "intelligent" response of the Squad Behavior System. This also seems to be a game with consequences it it's main story path, promising meaningful choices that alter the path of the campaign and perma-death for marines in your squad.
