Creed: Rise to Glory – Championship Edition fights its way to PS VR2 and Meta Quest 2 on April 4th

Popular VR boxing title Creed: Rise to Glory is heading to PlayStation VR2 and Meta Quest 2 on Apriil 4th in the form of a “Championship Edition”. This remastered version will include new content and features, including taking advantage of the capabilities of the PS VR2. Owners of the original PSVR version can upgrade to the PS VR2 standard edition for $20, or $30 for the deluxe edition. For everyone else, those versions will cost $40 and $50 at launch. Players who pre-order can get a 10% discount between now and release.

Creed: Rise to Glory – Championship Edition will include both familiar and new content at launch, including new story chapters, characters, and locations based on the upcoming third installment of the current “Creed” film saga.

On PS VR2 specifically, the game will include a number of technological upgrades:

  • Foveated rendering ensures the action looks best wherever you're looking
  • See more of each match with a 110º field of view
  • Engage in more accurate combat with advanced controller tracking
