I really enjoyed my time with Pokémon Violet, but I will be the first to admit there were some glaring bugs that took away from what was an overall fun time. Game Freak addressed some of the issues in a timely manner, but it seems they are not done trying to soften all the rough edges of the game. Nintendo has recently announced Version 1.2.0 is coming out later this month.
“With this update, we are planning to add features to Pokémon Boxes and fix bugs that affect game progress, among other updates. We will continue to take your feedback very seriously and take measures to improve your gameplay experience.”
Battles and Tera Raid Battles seem to be receiving a lot of love. Fixing the pesky disconnect error I get in Tera Raid Battles is very welcome, something I see far too often. Other general fixes are coming with this update too. Overall the quality of life changes should make an already fun game more enjoyable.
You can head over to the Nintendo Support page and read all of the upcoming adjustments, fixes, and add-ons coming in late February.
