Play through the career of John Cena in WWE 2K23's Showcase mode.

WWE 2K23 was officially announced yesterday and from what we learned it's shaping up to be a great building upon the foundation that 2K laid down in 2K22. One of the main game modes of the WWE 2K games has been Showcase Mode where you play through the career of a WWE wrestler in a documentary style presentation and this year will focus on the legend himself John Cena. 

This year however there will be a spin on Showcase mode in that you won't be playing as John Cena. This time you be playing as his opponents and will be playing historic matches in which John Cena lost. I really like this spin on Showcase mode since you can play as more than just one wrestler and since John Cena was dubbed "Super Cena" during this time it will be playing playing 14 different boss fights.

• John Cena vs. Batista (Summer Slam 2006)

• John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar (Summer Slam 2014)
• John Cena vs. AJ Styles (Summer Slam 2016)
• John Cena vs. The Undertaker (Wrestle Mania 34)
• John Cena vs. Roman Reigns (Summer Slam 2021)

WWE 2K23 launches on March 17th 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X and PC.
