Upcoming multiplayer action RPG Wayfinder is getting a new playtest next week, developer Airship Syndicate has announced. The test will be the first of its kind on PlayStation 5, but the second such test on PC. Invitations will begin rolling out for PC players on January 17th between the hours of 12PM Central Time and 4PM Central Time, with a second round of invites going out on January 18th. PS5 players can expect their invitations to start arriving in the same time frame on January 19th. Further details and sign-ups for the closed test are available at playwayfinder.com
If you're not familiar, Wayfinder was announced at The Game Awards and is being published by Warframe studio Digital Extremes. Developer Airship Syndicate is the studio behind 2017's Battlechasers: Nightwar, 2019's Darksiders Genesis, and 2021's Ruined King: A League of Legends Story.
I've signed-up for the test on PS5 and am hopeful to get an invite, as Wayfinder is really speaking to me for some reason. Check out the official reveal trailer below:
