Sony and Santa Monica Studio announced a behind the scenes series shedding more light on the development process of God of War Ragnarök. A new video will be dropped every Tuesday for the next nine weeks. Episode 1, titled Shaping the Story, begins in Midgard, where the story information of God of War 2018 sets the stage for Ragnarök.
God of War Ragnarök is set three years after the events of the prequel. We see Kratos and now grown up son Atreus take on Thor and Freya while searching for the Norse god of war, Tyr. Their father and son dynamic will be ever changing as they prepare for war. Atreus must now grasp his prophecy of becoming "Loki" while Kratos must struggle to free himself from the past and be there for his son.
God of War Ragnarök is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on November 9, 2022. For more information, please check out the official PlayStation Blog.
