Obsidian Entertainment announced a release date for their upcoming narrative adventure Pentiment game set in 16th century upper Bavaria in the time of the Holy Roman Empire.
You play as Andreas Maler, a clever artist who gets caught between a series of murders and scandals. The game takes place across 25 years in the fictional town of Tassing and Kiersau Abbey. It is up to you to decide his choices, ranging from his educational background and how he chooses to investigate the murders around him. Players at Gamescom 2022 can get a hands-on preview of the game!
Pentiment is coming to PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and Xbox Game Pass on November 15, 2022. You can pre-order the game now on Steam for $19.99. For more information, check out the official blog post on Xbox.
