Babylon's Fall is developed by PlatinumGames Inc, the developers behind Nier Automata and published by Square Enix. The game has players playing as a warrior part of a group known as the sentinels, bonded with special equipments called Gideon Coffins. The sentinels engage themselves against the Tower of Babylon, which contains a great legacy. The game can be played solo or in co op up to four players.
It is important to note that the game is a live service game, and will continue to be supported with new game modes, story content, and weapons, in addition to a battle pass. Players during Season 1 will receive the Premium Battle Pass at no extra cost.
A free demo is available to players curious to see what the game is about. All progress made in the demo will carry over to the full game. Bablyon's Fall is out now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. A consistent internet connection and valid Square Enix account is required to play as well.
