The King of Fighters XV, the three on three fifteenth installment of the popular fighting game by SNK, released three whole days early for digital deluxe customers! Here's a little from the press release.
KOF XV features a whopping 39 characters, including classic popular characters, resurrected fan favorites, and those crucial to the unfolding events. There will also be two DLC teams (three characters each) to be released in the future. This is the first time the heroes from each Saga have come together, making this the most explosive battle yet. KOF XV features the classic three-on-three team battle system with improvements such as MAX Mode, the RUSH function, and a plethora of special moves. Rollback netcode has been adopted to reduce lag in online matches, allowing for smoother online play. KOF XV features a wide variety of online features including RANKED MATCH, CASUAL MATCH, ROOM MATCH, and ONLINE TRAINING.
The Digital Deluxe version will set you back $89.99, but you get the game, and the first two DLC packs. These packs include 6 characters (two teams), featuring Fatal Fury antagonist Geese Howard, and Garou: Mark of the Wolves popular character Rock Howard!
