Games N Moorer took a swipe at Decemberborn Interactive and Elden Pixel's new retro Metroidvania game Cathedral. This is a game that absolutely screams 8-bit, so it is right up Joseph Moorer's alley. On the stream, Joseph jumps into Cathedral, already having made a bit of progress. After a quick rundown of what is happening in the game, he and his sword run off and immediately get repeatedly smoked in a boss battle against five floating eyeballs. Over and over again. Those eyeballs are brutes.
Gaming Nexus is reviewing Cathedral, so keep an eye out in the coming weeks for that to go live. In the meantime, Cathedral is available on Switch, Steam, Mac and Linux for $14.99.
