Jurassic World Evolution is a Jurassic Park fan's dream come true. Putting players in charge of developing a new Jurassic island, Evolution features the voice of every major actor from the franchise (with the exception of Chris Pratt, who was busy Avenging or something).
Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), and Dr. Henry Wu (BD Wong) all make an appearance in the game, and having played a bit on PC, I can attest that they didn't phone it in. These folks are in character, and they are really going for it. It's a hoot. There is nothing like getting taunted and made fun of by Ian Malcolm while you struggle to contain your dino freaks as they start bursting out every which way.
I've always wanted to play the expansions to this game, and it looks like the newly announced Jurassic World Evolution Complete Edition is the answer I've been looking for. From the PR release:
"Packed with every piece of DLC released since launch, Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition includes all three major narrative expansions: Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park, Jurassic World Evolution: Claire’s Sanctuary, and Jurassic World Evolution: Secrets of Dr. Wu, as well as four Dinosaur Packs and the Raptor Squad Skin Collection."
All the things! It comes with all the things! I would never pony up the cash to get the Raptor Squad Skin Collection on its own, but in a complete pack like this? Sure! I would love to have it!
Jurassic World Evolution Complete Edition is scheduled to release on Nintendo Switch on November 3.
