Independent developer Free Lives and virtual game publisher Devolver Digital are thrilled to celebrate the launch of GORN for PlayStation VR. In this incredibly-yet-somehow-satisfyingly-violent gladiator simulator, players can utilize a unique, physics-driven combat engine in order to destroy waves of opponents in increasingly creative ways.
After the game entered Early Access in 2017, it quickly garnered high praise and success despite some players accidentally breaking personal property due to, ah, overexcited virtual murder. Since then, Free Lives has been adding everything from new weapons and opponents to a custom language—the latter of which was a joke that got out of hand and evolved into a full language and even an EP, which you can hear for yourself in the trailer below.
