2K Games has recently released a new trailer for WWE 2K20 which...is interesting to say the least. It's basically a bunch of male superstars from the past, present, and future (ie. NXT) at a fancy cocktail party before Becky Lynch crashes through the ceiling to interrupt it while everyone else looks surprised. Becky apologizes for the ceiling and has a toast with Roman Reigns to end the trailer. The website for WWE 2K20 also shows both Becky and Roman will grace the cover of of the game.
The website itself also lists a few features in the game. The first, which I've been wanting to see for a while, is a MyCareer Mode for both males AND females. 2K14 and 2K15 didn't have the greatest of women's rosters for NXT so a career mode for the women wasn't that realistic, but with the amount of women from NXT in the past couple of years I'm happy to see them now get a proper career mode. Also listed is this years 2K Showcase which will feature the Women's Revolution. I'm okay with that though I'm curious which matches we'll be getting in the mode as I never look forward to playing as The Bella Twins in any WWE game, so here's hoping if one of their matches in in the game we'll get to choose who to play as for that match (I'm guessing the mode will start around the time that Charlotte, Becky, and Sasha made their main roster debuts. Finally is something called 2K Originals with each one having their own unique theme and content that will include a new Showcase Episode with new arenas, Superstars, Story Towers, unlockables, and more.
WWE 2K20 can now be pre-ordered either digitally for the PC or physically for the PS4 and Xbox One, but only the Deluxe Edition at the moment which includes:
