EA unveils pouty cover athletes for FIFA 20

Is it just me or do both Virgil Van Dijk and Eden Hazard's photoshoots look like their just a bit upset? I'll blame the cameraman, maybe he/she was just in a bad mood and reflected that on the subjects. 

FIFA 20, also known as the game wrapped around EA's money printing, loot boxing surprise mechanic'ing, micro-transaction machine FIFA Ultimate Team has its cover stars. 

• “EA SPORTS FIFA is the biggest Football game on the planet, and I have been playing it for years against my brothers,” said Eden Hazard as he pointed to his nipple. “I am lucky to have been on the cover before but to be on FIFA 20 globally is amazing and I hope to excite as many gamers as I do when I take the field for Real Madrid this season!”
• “It is a huge honour for me to be on the cover of FIFA 20“ said Virgil van Dijk taking some time out from the red light district in his native Amsterdam (I know he's from Breda-don't spoil the joke) to don a Liverpool shirt and snap a photo with the neon still reflected behind him. “I’ve been playing FIFA for as long as I can remember, and so it’s an extremely proud moment for me to be representing Liverpool FC on the cover of such an iconic game“.

New faces on the box and new features inside as well. Volta Football, small sided street football played in cages and on futsal courts, is also coming to FIFA 20. FIFA 20 will release with a few editions with varying levels of bonus FUT packs and other goodies. The Standard Edition is out September 27th but the Champions Edition gives access 3 days early on September 24th. Details on the official site.
