Fresh off an announcement at QuakeCon 2019, Bethesda and Id have revealed that The Ultimate Doom, Doom II and Doom 3 are now available for current gen consoles. Like right now, now now. Doom 1 and 2 will run you $4.99 each, while Doom 3 is $9.99.
These games come with split-screen local multiplayer, at least for the original 2 games, and include all of their various DLC and expansion content. I'm particularly excited for the Switch releases as classic Doom deathmatch alongside Mario Kart and Smash Bros basically turns Switch into the ultimate party console. More details to come when I finally get my hands on these but for now, feast your eyes on the trailer.
