Capcom, the developers of Monster Hunter World, have released a new trailer for the upcoming game expansion, Iceborne.
Iceborne, which launches globally on September 6th, for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, will introduce more monsters and a brand new storyline in which you join forces with the Research Commission once again to explore the undiscovered new land of Hoarfrost Reach. The press release states that 'following an unusual sighting of Legiana from the Ancient Forest, the team journeys across the waters to a new locale with a frigid climate covered in snow and ice. As pioneers, the group soon sets up a new base camp in Hoarfrost Reach called Seliana, which serves as a warm haven with resources to prepare them for the challenging quests that await.'
For those who already own Monster Hunter World, the basic expansion pack will cost $39.99. A Deluxe version featuring the expansion, as well as a cosmetic item kit will be $49.99. If you don't already have the game, you will be able to pick up the new Master Edition featuring the base game and the expansion for $59.99.
