In a surprise out of left field, the world is getting a new game focused on the action-horror Predator franchise. Revealed at Sony's State of Play and expounded upon in the PlayStation Blog, Predator: Hunting Grounds looks to be an asymmetrical multiplayer shooter that pits a group of players controlling elite soldiers against at least one player playing the eponymous alien hunter.
The game is being developed by Illfonic (the blog post was written by its CEO, Charles Brungardt), with coordination from 20th Century Fox, according to IGN.
