Battle Royale RTS, Waves of the Atlantide, launching in early access on March 26th

Just when you thought the battle royale genre could not infect anything else, it has struck again. Metaphore Games, the former developer of the popular survival game, The Forest, has announced they will be launching a new battle royale RTS game, Waves of the Atlantide, will be launching on the PC in Early Access on March 26th, 2019. The game will start at $4.99 at its early access stage and will cost more later on.

The game, which is inspired by Civilization, will feature short 25-minute games where you have to develop your economy, explore the world, and most importantly....defeat your opponents. Despite being designed as a battle royale, the game will feature an offline mode with "non-cheating AI."
