For a long time, configuring your Logitech hardware was the job of the Logitech Gaming Software. It was OK, but it was showing its age.

In comes Logitech G Hub as a more modern way to not only setup your Logitech gear, but to also manage profiles for games that you own.

In early access and available now, Logitech G Hub allows you to configure the setup and lights of your Logitech gear in an more user friendly manner. Setup your mouse, keyboard, or headset just the way you want. Save and share your profiles so you can go to a different computer, plug it in, download the profile, and be off and running with your preferred settings.

Lights can be setup easier with the G Hub and you can sync one setup to multiple devices that you own. Logitech looks like it added a nice way to really let you customize the color setup of your hardware. Setup frames and what the color effect happens in each frame and tie them together to generate a unique look. Share them with others or download creations from other Logitech owners out there.

Something really slick is a way to setup boxes on your screen to detect certain things like your health bar and you can have the keys change what the keyboard colors are based on the health bar on the screen or your mouse blink a color when your health is low. You don't have to have a game company support these features anymore as you can create these detection zones yourself and create custom color settings per game. That's pretty damn cool.

So, if you have some Logitech gear, go grab the software now and play with it. It sounds like Logitech's really going the extra mile make G Hub a nice solid customization application for your hardware.
