Yes, Fallout 76 is MMO-ish and they have many dedicated servers setup to support this game. There will be a beta and you'll even be able to launch nukes. Head into the area after the nukes explode and explore a wasteland with different resources than what it had before the bomb fell.
Bethesda has made it a tradition to talk about a big game with a release date for the same year. And yes, it will be out this year. November 14th, 2018 to be exact.
The special edition will feature a wearable T-51b power armor helmet, which, you know I have to have and a glow in the dark map. Can't wait!
