Are we getting another Fallout game? -Update-

Why I hope we do! Bethesda just tweeted out a Please Stand By image that's reminiscent of when they announced Fallout 4.  Now, this one's a little more colorful so who knows what it could mean, but if we're getting a Fallout from a third party developer that comes remotely close to the quality of New Vegas, then Bethesda you win E3 with me. Yes, yes you do.

-Update- The Twitch stream for Bethesda is now live with the Vault Boy and the same stand by screen on a TV behind it. Could it be announced today?
