More On: Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is pushing into year 2 and reaching back into the Tom Clancy catalog to do so. In the Special Operation I update, Sam Fisher of Splinter Cell fame will not only make an appearance, but do so in a Splinter Cell themed nighttime stealth mission, add exclusive customization items, and introduce a new Ghost War PvP class. Upon completing the mission, players will be rewarded with exclusive items such as Sam’s iconic sonar goggles with a new night-vision filter and more. Although the mission is a permanent addition to the game, some of the rewards are exclusive to the Special Challenge that ends on May 16. The gravelly dulcets of Michael Ironside will reprise the role as Fisher and the character and content is already in the game, having launched earlier today as a free update.

If you haven't yet experienced what Ghost Recon Wildlands has to offer, the free weekend that starts tomorrow and runs through April 15th is the perfect time to test the waters. The free weekend is on for all platforms and includes the full game content from Ghost War PvP mode and Predator mission to this Special Operation I.
