WWE 2K18 is a few short weeks away and 2K has released long awaited gameplay trailer for the game.
There was also confirmation of some additional arenas including the Attitude Era Raw is War arena, Money in the Bank, classic Saturday Nights Main Event and another classic arena but it's unclear which one it is since we can only see the ring. We also got to see the Wrestle Mania 33 which was one of the most beautiful sets I have ever seen for a PPV event and it looks fantastic in game.
There are also various glimpses of the new backstage areas included in the game this year including the parking lot where you can perform finishers on top of cars and you can perform diving attacks off the top of a semi trailer.
We also get some quick glimpses of the new 8 man matches including an 8 man tag, the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, and what appears to be a Battle Royal or Royal Rumble as we can see Braun Strowman trying to lift someone out of the ring in the corner.
While the game looks great, there is something weird about all these videos and screenshots they have been showing. It's hard to explain but the game looks a lot darker this year compared to the previous ones as if they turned down the brightness on all these videos and photos.
WWE 2K18 launches on October 17th for PS4 and Xbox One. Those who buy the deluxe edition will be able to play the game four days early on October 13th.
