If you're like me, or anyone else on the planet, you probably can't get enough of Metroid: Samus Returns. Lucky for you, Nintendo and MercurySteam's new game released an overview trailer today that shows off what the game has to offer in a concise, but packed four minutes.
The video demonstrates many of Samus' familiar moves, like the Ice Beam, Grapple Beam, and the Morph Ball. The overview also shows off some new features like a fluid aiming system with laser targeting, melee counter attacks, and her new Aeion abilities, which allow her to have things like a Scan Pulse, to discover hidden areas, Lighting Armor, which is armor made of lightning that acts as a forcefield, and Beam Burst, which unleashes a barrage of shots pour out of Samus' cannon arm. The trailer then shows all of these abilities (and others) working together in concert and it looks fantastic, fluid, and fun.
It also features some cool old school artwork you can get in game, and a Fusion mode. Check out the overview above for the full scoop.
The game, and its Amiibo, will be out September 15th.
