Catch a Lycanroc and four Mega Stones in Pokémon Sun / Moon

Pokémon trainers know that it's clutch to keep their teams sharp. That's why it's important to know about the currently active distribution event going on in Pokémon Sun and Moon. This event offers four Mega Stones, which will unleash your Pokémon's Mega Evolution in battle. On the other hand, trainers can also get their own Midnight Form Lycanroc.

In order to claim your Mega Stones, select "Get with Code/Password" from the Mystery Gift menu and input the following password: AZUL

These Mega Stones are for Pidgeot, Houndoom, Heracross and Steelix. Keep in mind that you can't actually catch these Pokémon from within Alola. These four are only accessible if you transfer them from older games using the Pokémon Bank.

Exclusive to Pokémon Moon, Midnight Form Lycanroc is now available to all Pokémon Sun and Moon players for a limited time. This particular Midnight Form Lycanroc is an all-out attacker! It arrives at level 50, has the No Guard ability, and is holding a Life Orb. Its moves are:

• Stone Edge
• Fire Fang
• Sucker Punch
• Swords Dance

To get your Lycanroc, head to your local GameStop and ask for a download card. No hidden purchase here - they're free! Gently scratch the silver bar with a coin to reveal your code, and enter it on the "Get with Code/Password" screen.

Claim your in-game gifts from the person dressed in orange and blue at any Pokémon Center in Alola.

While the Mega Stone distribution doesn't currently have an end date, this Midnight Form Lycanroc will only be available from now until June 5th, 2017.
