Quake Wars. The information can be found at
Voodoo Extreme. You just need to send an email to
etqwbetatest@activision.com with the following information:
- Clan name
- Number of 'active' members
- Games played regularly
- Games played competitively
- Clan website
- Clan IM details
- Clan email
