Who doesn't want to do some operation on Republican Presidential candidate, Donald Trump? Bossa has gone and made a nice little free expansion for those with Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition that lets you take out the cold, cold heart of Donald Trump and replace it with either a heart made of gold or a heart made of stone.
All these operations are going to be tracked so you can see how many people choose the gold heart or the stone hear and there's even going to be a running total of how much the operations cost. You can even play with Donald's famous hair. All in all, it looks like a ton of fun and it's free.
If you don't have the Anniversary Edition and only have the original version, you can upgrade to it for a very low price right now on Steam. I'm hoping that HTC Vive support comes soon as I'd love to play the rest of the game with it and this expansion rather than just the Medic level we have right now.
