Upcoming real-time strategy game Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak from developer Blackbird Interactive has received a new developer diary that goes behind the scenes of the game's creation. With interviews from its various developers they discuss the game's premise, its origin as title known as Hardware, unique gameplay feeling, new real-time strategy mechanics, environmental interaction, and focus on story to name a few.
In terms of developer diaries it's one of the better produced one's I've seen in terms of production quality and the topics discussed, definitely a recommended watch for fans of the Homeworld universe. Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak launches on January 20 for Windows PC and is available for pre-order on Steam.
