This is really, really cool. Some folks turned a GoPro, wireless HDMI transmitter, a town of extras, and some great coordination with a few computers to do a real time, real life first person shooter. Those lucky enough to encounter this Chatroulette group were treated to a really awesome experience.
The people got to control the actions of someone who battles zombies and a boss with some Nerf guns painted to look like they came out of a game. The HUD that gets dynamically updated based on the weapon the person picked up or their health was just an ingenious touch. Overall, I can't wait to see them do this again and if they do, they promised to really plan it out and do it a lot bigger.
