Xbox 360 with LCD on the side

OK this is one mod that I do have questions with as Engadget brings up. It's not that it's not cool to see a 5" LCD on the side of an Xbox 360 case that works. It's just that do you expect to really play anything with it? Dead Rising text anyone?
