Rodea the Sky Soldier has had a long, rough road to release. Originally slated as a Wii exclusive, it was later ported to Wii U and 3DS during a nearly five year development cycle. We've already seen the Wii U version in action, and it looks great, but the 3DS version is no slouch either.
This new Japanese trailer is our first look at Rodea on the 3DS. Naturally it isn't as detailed as its Wii U big brother but the distinctive art style still makes it a beautiful game. The final product is nearly out in Japan, but American gamers can get their hands on this very unique action title this fall.
